Lemonade Scones

This recipe is so quick and easy....

Ingredients

1 cup of thickened cream
1 can of lemonade (375ml)
3 cups of self raising flour

Method

Combine cream and lemonade. Fold through flour and mix to a dough.
Roll out dough and cut into rounds with a 5cm cutter and place on a greased tray.
Bake at 180 degrees centigrade of 10-12 minutes.

Serve with jam and cream.
